Return Policy:

*Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, for a store credit, to be used on a future purchase.

*Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached. Please contact freshrevival@outlook.com or send a DM.

*All on sale/sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions.

*Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving.

*Original shipping is non refundable .

*Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet odor, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

*Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after that time frame, it will not be accepted.

I strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. I am not responsible for lost packages being returned to me. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
