Shipping policy

Shipping:

• $9.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $150
• At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S.
• Shipping times will vary and will be noted on each item. Please note, if you place an order containing a pre-order and a non pre-order, your order will not ship until the last item comes in. Please place separate orders if you don't want the pre-order to hold up the other items.
• All shipping times are business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.

Missing Packages:

• Please allow 24 hours from the time that the carrier shows your package as delivered for your package to arrive.
• If 24 hours has passed and your package still has not arrived, please reach out to freshrevival@outlook.com so we may assist. Please provide your order number when contacting us.
• If a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address being provided to Fresh Revival Boutique, we are not liable for mis-delivery.
